Here’s everything you need to know about TOTM deliveries & returns.
Where do you deliver?
We currently only deliver within the UK but we have exciting plans to ship to more locations soon.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order should take 2-3 business days for standard shipping or 1-2 business days for express shipping to get to you. We will email you to confirm when we have shipped your order. When you set up a TOTM subscription, your first order will ship immediately. You can adjust your next shipment date at any time from your subscriber dashboard.
How will my order arrive?
Our mailbags are made with 100% recyclable and compostable paper from a renewable source. They’re strong, waterproof and can be reused. Larger orders may arrive in our planet-friendly boxes to reduce waste. There is no mention on our mailbags or boxes of what’s inside.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free when you spend over £15. Otherwise, it’s just a flat rate of £2.50. Express shipping is also available for £4.99.

All orders received before 4pm (GMT) will be posted that same day. If your order is received after 4pm (GMT) or on the weekend it will be shipped the next working day.

We want you to be happy with your TOTM products, however, due to the nature of the products we cannot accept returns due to change of mind.
Returns will only be accepted if the goods are faulty, have been described incorrectly or you receive an incorrect order. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery by either by email here.
