What menstrual cup size should I go for?
Our menstrual cup comes in 3 different sizes. To find the right size for, you can check out our size guide. If you need any help choosing a cup, please drop us a message anytime. When trying the cup for the first time, if you find it tricky to insert or if it’s leaking then you might need to try another size.
What are your cups made of?
Our cups are made from medical grade TPE (often used in medical equipment). When designing our cup, we chose TPE over silicone because it has a soft, flexible feel that naturally warms and molds to your body when inserted, giving you a comfy and secure fit.
Is it difficult to use a menstrual cup?
Since menstrual cups sit lower than tampons and collect your flow instead of absorbing it, it might take a little getting used to. On average, it takes about three menstrual cycles to get the hang of using a cup. We recommend trying it out at home for the first time and experimenting with a few different folds until you find what works best for you. How long can I wear a cup?
A menstrual cup can typically be worn for 6 to 12 hours depending on your flow. However, if you can change every 4-6 hours then that is advisable to keep your vagina happy and healthy.
Can I use a menstrual cup during exercise or swimming?
Yes! Menstrual cups are ideal for physical activities such as exercise or swimming.
