Customer Delight Manager

We’re TOTM, a next-gen period care brand on a mission to inspire better, sustainable ways to manage periods. We’re shaking up the industry for good with our conscious collection of certified organic cotton and reusable period care products. As a fast-growing brand, we’re super excited to be growing online and stocked by major supermarkets and retailers across the UK.

To help us scale and grow our brand even further, we’re now hiring for a Customer Delight Manager.

About the role

As Customer Delight Manager you will be responsible for dealing with customer queries, resolving order issues, and ensuring customers have a positive experience with us.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, which means that we try to get things right for them first time, every time. We’re multi-channel and we’re fast growing, and this means that we strive to make our customer’s journey with us something we’re proud of.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Respond to customer queries across multiple contact channels, including email, live chat, and social media direct messages.
  • Handle wider business and sales enquiries, forwarding these to the correct teams.
  • Support subscribing customers with their online and store orders as well as any pre- sale/post-sale enquiries about our brand, products, and services.
  • Support subscribing customers with account queries, changes, and management.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently, as per TOTM’s procedures.
  • Respond to and manage TOTM customer reviews across multiple platforms, collating any comments that TOTM can use to make their products or service better.
  • Liaise effectively with customers and internal teams ensuring customer expectations and satisfaction is maintained to an excellent standard.
  • Stay updated with the latest product changes and developments to maintain exceptional product knowledge for the full range.

What skills will you need for this role?

We’re looking for a Customer Delight Manager with excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour. You’ll need to show compassion and understanding when speaking to customers to be a positive representation of our brand.

Additional skills required for this role include:

  • Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a fast-paced working environment
  • Tech savvy and able to pick up new digital platforms where required
  • Complaints management skills and ability to follow procedure
  • Adaptability to meet with the ever-changing demands of our fast-growing brand

It would be beneficial, but is not mandatory if candidates have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • The ability to communicate in Welsh

Please note, the role is hybrid so you can split your time working from home and from our office in Cardiff. You’ll need to be comfortable working in an environment with office dogs.

Business Development Manager

To help us scale and grow our brand even further, we’re now hiring for a Business Development Manager (B2B / corporate channel).

About the role

In this role, you’ll be creating and growing a portfolio of accounts for our thriving workplace scheme. Set up in 2016, our Period Dignity Workplace Scheme encourages employers to support periods at work through the provision of free period care products. Adopted by leading organisations across the UK, the scheme is driving change across a range of industries, so this is a fast-paced and exciting role for the right candidate. Our goal is to make our planet-friendly period care available in all different types of workspaces across the UK (and soon overseas).

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for winning and developing corporate accounts.

What skills will you need for this role?

We’re looking for someone enthusiastic and self-motivated who can develop their own portfolio for our workplace scheme.

Proven experience in Sales or Account Management would be required as you’ll be taking on big opportunities and will be working in a fun but fast-paced environment.

You’ll need to have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, be well-organised and confident in delivering presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential new clients for our workplace scheme and B2B offering
  • Sourcing leads and opportunities to develop and manage a pipeline for this service
  • Winning new business via channel mapping and customer meetings
  • Building strong relationships and optimising all accounts for growth
  • Pitching to potential clients and following up on prospects
  • Creating quotes and negotiating contracts
  • Reporting back to the wider business
  • Forecasting and account set up admin
