With one of the largest ranges of organic and reusable period care in the UK, TOTM is now stocked by major retailers, including Tesco, Superdrug, Ocado, and Urban Outfitters. The product range, which is manufactured in the EU, is registered with The Vegan Society and has gained the Ethical Shopper Accreditation.

TOTM exists to drive change by starting open conversations to challenge negative attitudes towards periods. Through sales, TOTM also gives back to period dignity causes with the brand recently extending support to donate to Binti International.

Digital Marketing Executive

As Digital Marketing Executive, you will be working very closely with the marketing team. Here’s an idea of what you’ll be doing in this role:

  • Building and managing on-brand digital marketing campaigns across PPC, display and social advertising platforms.
  • Day to day management of Google and Facebook ad accounts.
  • Managing and overseeing our affiliate scheme.
  • Setting up and managing email marketing campaigns, segmenting data for targeted campaigns.
  • Writing copy for online content including web, paid socials and marketing emails.
  • Website management and landing page optimisation (WordPress).
  • Optimising SEO for all channels.
  • Budget management and assignment to channels, with detailed reporting across channels.
  • Presenting channel performance and new ideas to the team.
  • Supporting and working closely with the TOTM marketing team, bringing in ideas for digital marketing and an understanding of how these fit within our broader marketing strategy.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Solid experience (min. 1 year) in B2C digital marketing, either currently working either in-house or agency side in a digital-based role. Experience working across multiple digital channels (PLA, paid social, DPA and emails).
  • Strong skills in analysing and optimising digital performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Understanding of channel tracking and reporting suites.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across the business and with external agencies.
  • Flexibility to support other marketing channels when required.
