About the role
As Customer Delight Manager you will be responsible for dealing with customer queries, resolving order issues, and ensuring customers have a positive experience with us.

To help us scale and grow our brand even further, we’re now hiring for a Business Development Manager (B2B / corporate channel).
About the role
In this role, you’ll be creating and growing a portfolio of accounts for our thriving workplace scheme. Set up in 2016, our Period Dignity Workplace Scheme encourages employers to support periods at work through the provision of free period care products. Adopted by leading organisations across the UK, the scheme is driving change across a range of industries, so this is a fast-paced and exciting role for the right candidate. Our goal is to make our planet-friendly period care available in all different types of workspaces across the UK (and soon overseas).
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for winning and developing corporate accounts.
What skills will you need for this role?
We’re looking for someone enthusiastic and self-motivated who can develop their own portfolio for our workplace scheme.
Proven experience in Sales or Account Management would be required as you’ll be taking on big opportunities and will be working in a fun but fast-paced environment.
You’ll need to have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, be well-organised and confident in delivering presentations.
