Now is an exciting time to join our team and we are currently hiring for the following roles:

Digital Marketing Manager

At TOTM we’re driving change in the period care sector. We’re on a mission to help people take power over their periods. From organic disposables to sustainable reusables, we’re offering a range of period care alternatives. As a brand, we’re starting a ‘period powerful’ movement and are dedicated to breaking taboos and raising awareness of menstrual health/wellness.

Now’s an exciting time to join our team. We have ambitious plans and for the right candidate, this could be a fantastic career development opportunity. We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. This is a very hands-on, pro-active role and we’re looking for a candidate with previous experience in a digital marketing role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Implementation of paid advertising campaigns, including search, display, video and remarketing, using Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and more.
  • You will use Google Analytics to provide regular reporting on KPIs such as clicks, conversions, and channel attribution.
  • Tracking conversion rates and performance to suggesting improvements to the website.
  • Provide suggestions and report on recommendations to improve ROI through campaign optimisations based on analytics findings.
  • Generate quality organic traffic by leveraging web content through SEO strategies.
  • Day-to-day hands-on approach with accounts to build campaigns, manage budgets, tweak ads and A/B test to find what’s working and what’s not, to ensure we remain data-driven and the account stays in good health.

We’d love to meet someone with:

  • Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • E-commerce experience
  • Experience with digital marketing tools/platforms including social media, Google AdWords, Google Merchant, Google Analytics, WordPress etc
