How do I pause my TOTM subscription?
In your subscriber dashboard, select the pause option. Your deliveries will stop temporarily and resume when you choose to restart. There is no fee for pausing.

Log into your account at totm.com and navigate to your subscriber dashboard. From there you can edit your box contents, change your delivery frequency, update your delivery address or payment method, skip a delivery, pause, or cancel.

How do I cancel my TOTM subscription?
Just log into your subscriber dashboard, find your subscription, and you can edit, pause, or cancel your orders anytime you need to. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum subscription period. Your subscription will end after your current billing period.
How can I make a one-off purchase?
If you’re new to TOTM, you can easily make a one-off purchase through our shop or product pages. Already a subscriber and want to grab something one-off? No worries! Just log out of your account and shop on our main website. You can also check out as a guest if that’s easier!
