We could all do with a bit of reassurance right now.

We understand that the situation surrounding Covid-19 is causing concern. We want to tell you about the extra measures we’re taking and to let you know that we’re here to do all we can to help. You will also find our latest service updates here (last updated 27th March 2020).

Here’s what we’re doing as a business ๐Ÿ“‹

As a business, we always follow strict health & safety standards due to the nature of our products. Our online orders are fulfilled in a sanitised clean room where all members of staff follow procedures to maintain excellent hygiene standards.

We’re working closely with our manufacturers to protect our supply chain. Our fulfilment team have been moved into separate teams to ensure orders can continue to be sent out and we’ve introduced new practices for our office team, like working from home.

Your period is our priority ๐Ÿ’ช

Right now, weโ€™re fulfilling all orders as planned. If youโ€™re based outside of the UK, we ship via Royal Mail International and delays could be possible depending on your location. If you have concerns over your order, please get in touch with our team. Our packaging is letterbox-friendly, so we can still deliver to your home if youโ€™re unable to leave due to self-isolation.
