TOTM tampons are made from 100% certified organic cotton, which means they are biodegradable and compostable. You can either pop them out with your usual household waste, or they can be composted, providing your compost is sealed & functions correctly, reaching the required optimum temperature. Never flush your tampons, applicators or any packaging.

All our tampon wrappers are made from 100% recyclable paper.
As tampon applicators come into contact with bodily fluids they’re not widely recyclable in the UK. For this reason, we advise that our cardboard applicators tampons should be disposed of with your usual household waste, where they will break down naturally.
Our paper wrappers can be put in the paper recycling stream providing there’s no menstrual fluid on them. Most local authorities accept paper in their recycling collections.
