How does a TOTM subscription work?

When we talk about subscriptions or subscribing, all we really mean is an automatic top-up of your favourite products. We created this service so you’re always prepared for your period with planet-friendly products. You decide if you want a product once every 4 or 8 weeks and we will deliver these to your door, without you having to do a thing. Subscriptions are completely flexible and you have total control – plus, you save 5% with every order. You can edit, pause, skip or cancel whenever you need to at any time from your subscriber dashboard. Can I refer a friend to TOTM?

Yes, we love it when our community introduce our planet-friendly period care to their friends and family. You can find your unique referral link in your TOTM dashboard, ready to share. For every new customer you refer, we’ll send you a £3 voucher to say thanks! You can spend your voucher on future orders or donate to a period dignity charity. Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely – we want you to love your subscription and never feel trapped by it. You can easily cancel at any time from your subscriber dashboard – no big deal!

How can I make a one-off purchase?

Simple! You just need to log out of your TOTM account and select the products you would like. When you’re ready to check-out, please choose the option ‘just this once’.
